Below is my "routine" for application/removal of SG. It took me a LOT of time and experimenting to figure out how to use this product AND have EXCELLENT results. I have found this to be the easiest, fastest and most effecient way for application/removal. Waiting 24 hours between coats will give the longest durability for this product... Let me know if this helps:) After claying, polishing, scratch removing, washing, etc, etc. A) Use klasse AIO, polish/cleaner until satisfied with the finish(very easy to apply/remove). B) Use klasse SG to "lock in" the finish you worked so hard to get. C) Apply SG VERY sparingly. I have a quart bottle and spent ALL WEEKEND experimenting with the SG after reading a lot about hazing and it being hard to remove, streaking, etc. OK, so what I found was the BEST way to apply AND remove(at least for me)..., 1) Use a dry applicator(a small foam applicator worked best for me), the smaller the better(to a point:), you don't want to waste a bunch of the SG just soaking up in the applicator pad, which in turn will make the removal even harder. 2) Get a small spray/misting bottle, you can find them in the hair care stores(you don't want to use a stream sprayer, make sure it will "mist". 3)Shake SG very well, then pour into small spray bottle. 4) Using the spray bottle, you can really limit the amount on SG you put on your applicator and because it is a "misting" sprayer, you cover the whole applicator with one press of the sprayer and you tend to use a lot less SG, which makes it a LOT easier to remove, PLUS it tends to stay on the surface and not soak into the pad. 5) Make sure to wait ample time for the SG to "cure"(I can not say the amount of time, that would depend on the weather, humidity, etc., just make sure it is dry before buffing off. 6) A high quality microfiber cloth works best to buff off. I once thought microfiber was marketing hype, until I used one(they are worth their weight in gold:) 7) After buffing, if you see streaks or hazing, the SG was either applied to heavy... 8) Using another (clean) microfiber towel (it is best to have a "bunch" of the microfiber towels on hand), use Zaino Z-6 gloss enhancer(or other quick detailing product such as Meguiars Final Inspection, etc.,) mist VERY VERY VERY lightly onto one section at a time and buff to a high gloss shine. all the hazing/streaking that occurs will buff off faster a thin coat of carnuba wax. remember to keep turning the cloth as it gets filled with the SG and/or wet. 9) Repeat steps 1-8, as Klasse SG will layer similar to Zaino Z-2 10) The last step would be a final wash with Zaino car wash or AIO wash mix if you are looking for perfection. Remove the majority of water with an electric leaf blower if one is available, then dry with a microfiber waffle weave towel, and there you have it... :) I noticed it seems easier to remove in warm weather as opposed to cold:) I have 4 coats on one car and it looks GREAT!!! I plan to put 2 more coats on(one today and one tomorrow to see if it improves any) Wayne Recla
